Fans Reviews

Geoff Harman
(Peterborough United) 3/01/09

'We all enjoyed the Chicken Balti pies at the ground, priced at £2.50. Very tasty , But the serving areas were far too small to serve the Posh fans that took over the Smethwick End'.

Jacob Januszewski
(Barnsley) 16/05/07

'Went to McDonalds, conveniently opposite the ground and had a chat with some home fans. They recommended a place up the Birmingham Road called the Royal Oak'.

Sean Martin
(Wolverhampton Wanderers) 22/10/06

'I viewed the ground as being quite average, until the construction of the East Stand a few years back. It now looks very professional and stylish, and stands out from the others because of its sheer depth'.

Dominic Manning
(Leicester City) 9/9/06

'One of the most tightly-packed, cramped and over-crowded concourses of any that I have had the privilege of venturing into'.

Alan Hood
(Hull City) 5/8/06

'A good traditional football ground in many ways.  Seating and facilities were good, though nothing to write home about'.

Simon Block
(Tottenham Hotspur) 28/12/05
'One of the easiest Premiership grounds to find - it's literally right off Junction 1 of the M5'.
