Jack Walker has often been described as Rovers 'Number One Fan'. After taking over the Club in 1991 he not only transformed Ewood park into a modern all seated stadium, but was the catalyst for Blackburn to gain promotion to the Premier League and to win the Premier League title in 1995. Jack passed away in August 2000.
